Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details) and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to provide and improve our service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics/marketing cookies with your consent. You can manage your preferences through our cookie consent banner at any time.

Analytics

With your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. This data is processed in accordance with GDPR and stored within the EU.

Google and Meta accounts you connect

An agency can connect its Google account (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console) and its Meta account (Meta Ads). We request read-only access, except where a platform offers no read-only option, and we only read: campaign names and performance (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions), website traffic by source, and search queries with their clicks and positions. We never create, change or pause campaigns, and we never read personal data about the people who see the ads.

We use this data only to show it to the agency that connected the account, and, when the agency chooses, to that agency's own clients in their reports. The access tokens are stored encrypted.

We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or share it with anyone else, except our hosting provider in Germany, which stores it on our behalf.

Decipherly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Deleting your data

To remove the data from a connected Google or Meta account, open Integrations in Decipherly and press Disconnect. We revoke our access at Google or Meta and delete the stored token and every figure imported through it straight away. Client reports that were already sent keep the numbers they showed when they were sent.

You can also remove our access from your side at any time: for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, for Meta under Settings, Business integrations. We then stop receiving data, and you can ask us to delete what we have already stored.

To delete your whole Decipherly account and all its data, email legal@decipherly.io from the address you sign in with. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us at legal@decipherly.io to exercise these rights.
